The why behind the space
For as long as I can remember, I have wanted to make people feel beautiful...I’ve been drawn to the quiet magic that happens when someone feels truly cared for. I have watched the way a fresh color or a new haircut, a glowing facial, or even a simple moment of relaxation could change a person’s entire day.
It wasn’t just about beauty—it was the transformation that came from being seen, heard, and treated with genuine kindness.
After 20+ years of working in the beauty industry, I realized something important: luxury wasn’t just about expensive products or pretty interiors. True luxury is the way someone is made to feel. It’s the softness of being greeted by name. It’s the comfort of knowing your service is tailored just for you. It’s the peace that comes from being able to fully relax, because you trust you’re in good hands.
But I found myself craving a space where those values weren’t the exception—they were the foundation. as well as a space where staff felt heard and seen just as much as the guests they serve.
So I decided to build it myself.

From the moment I started in this industry, I realized how much a great coach and mentor can change the entire course of a stylist’s career.
throughout my career as I worked in salons, I noticed new graduates struggling to bridge the gap between school and a truly productive career, they struggled to find their stride because they weren't getting further training to prepare them for a career working with guests. they became overwhelmed and discouraged and many quit the industry all together.
So when I decided to build my salon, I knew it had to be more than a place to work—it needed to be a place to learn, grow and thrive.
Training young stylists became a passion. There’s something incredibly rewarding about watching someone discover their talent, build their confidence, and step into their artistry. I wanted to create an environment where new stylists could ask questions, make mistakes, and grow with support—not fear. A place where mentorship was woven into the culture, not treated as an afterthought.
For me, investing in the next generation isn’t just good for the salon—it’s good for the industry. When we lift up young stylists, we raise the standard of care, creativity, and professionalism for everyone.
That’s why the assistant training program and mentorship is at the heart of our culture and our core values.
